My name is Poppy, and I am thrilled to share that I have been selected to represent New Zealand in the 2024 Junior World Championship! I will be competing in the U18 Women K2 (or double) 500m and the U18 Women K4 (4 person) 500m. This is a dream come true, and I am incredibly excited about the opportunity to compete alongside the world’s best. Unfortunately this opportunity is unsubsidised by Canoe Racing NZ leaving over $10,000 in costs. Hence I need your help to make this dream a reality.

About Me: I am a dedicated Canoe Sprint and Waka Ama athlete with a love for the water and competition experience. Over the years, I have been privileged to represent Aotearoa, while continuing my education at NPGHS and working as a regional lifeguard along New Plymouth's coast line.
